These are my fabulous friends from graphic design.

Why don't they belong to the fashion department? I still don't know...maybe cardboard is not the most ideal material to make clothes out of.

Still I think they make magic altogether. The red lighted pictures are just a sneak peak of of one of the many photoshoots they've this far, and for this last one I was there present to help them with the styling and lighting. But maybe I'm too much of a camera-horny since even when I only had to hold that red paper in front of the lights or reflect the lighting against the model with the mirror, you could still see me on every picture. Like that I kissed goodbye my career as a backstage helper.

Anywhore, I hope I get a hold of the real final selection, it's fierceness at it's highest level.

My cunt fell on the floor, laughed a couple of times, and jumped back up.

Spotted this at Dordrecht at around 4 in the morning after a bunch of sweet strangers sang happy burrrrrthdaaaay tooo youuuuu and had danced to Material Girl in between lots of dorks who seemed to not have seen anyone dance in front of their eyes before. That's my only piece of advice babe, do not ever go "clubbing" in Dordrecht.

I dreamt of this medal since my 18th birthday last year but somehow I never got it. A couple of months ago I turned 19 and a week afterwards I still had this gorgeousness in my head. I then decided it was not even an option anymore for me not to get it after I had it stuck in my head for more than a year. And so it is mine...and even though I might be short of money now, I don't regret it at all. IT'S CALLED INVESTING BABEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEH.

Launched on halloween, on the day of my birthday (Aynouk Tan? Halloween? IRONIIIICCCCCCCC) after doing the whole tour in The Hague downton for the Residence de la Mode, and having dinner in Amsterdam, we hitted back the scene making a comeback at Aynouk's parfume launching party.

I'm still wondering though if it was all just a nice pretext to have a party and feel all fancy by saying to your friends you attended to someone's parfume's launching party, or if it was an official launching.

All I know is that I found it hilarious to entry the place, and have to re-entry, but this time through Aynouk's Tan vajayjay. Once there you woud first see a little glass-covered column with the parfume bottle in it looking all pretty, and further, 2 screens playing the, let's say ad campaign? which I personally liked a lot.

I just think it was a pitty she wore the same outfit at the party than on the video. But at the same time, R E S P E C T to her now more than ever for wearing what she was wearing. We don't all have perfect bodies and it really requires some serious guts to have your coochie and bumbum half-hanging out.

So this was the so called Calvijn Classics contest which I previously mentioned 2 posts ago. For the contest, the selected group of designers had to design 2 outfits according the calvinistic church's beliefs. Therefore so many religous-friendly shapes and references.

I have to say the show itself was BEAUTIFUL. And more than beautiful I considered it very respectful towards the church in which it took place; the whole show was hystericalfashionmusic-free and instead, there were only live female soprano singers performing acapella while the models struggled to walk on the unwalkable church floor which had all kinds of writing pieces and huge sculpted shapes on the floor.

after all the church IS a place considered holy for many and therefore it deserves veneration.

And as for the designer's final productsssssssssssss?????????? *drums*........It was very interesting to see as well. They weren't all knocking me off my chair as the ones I posted here did, in fact, there were some who really made us all go like: HOW, DARE YOU. But hey! we all weren't born to be fashion designers! SOME HAVE THAT CERTAIN IT! SOME DON'T!

Jakob Kok, the designer behind these two pieces for example had a very strong statement by having his model sport a pair of, nothing more and nothing less than, the forever polemic UGGS.

But to not be completely unfair here, I gotta mention that he took the same train as us back home, and as we went ooooooon and on for the whole trip about those horrible elephant-like shoes, we got to understand what was his vision behind all of this.

Still, I wish you would have been there to hear the hush hush all around as soon as these two stepped down the runway. Definitely unforgettable.

It seems like after an eternal summer break, we're getting our shit together and our little streetstyle monster will be back on track VERY SOON.

Giu & Ce.

Ready to hopefully kick ass.

ps. I love how the nympho on my zeefdruk was suposed to be my love, Madge and it ended looking like a busted version of Linda Evangelista.
